Took my car there on Friday for a warrant. I'm always at work relativly early, and they open a little later than suited but I was advised I could park up and drop my keys in through the slot in the door which I did. I intended to phone them when I got to work to go through a couple of things like how to open my car which can be a bit tempramental! Of course things happened and it slipped my mind. At about 9.00 am I got a call from the lovely Bev to advise my car had been taken through and there were a couple of things that needed addressing as I had anticipated. I was given a verbal quote of another $80 - $85 approx on top of the cost of the warrant which was $46.00. That was fine as it had to be done. About another half an hour later, Bev phoned again (she left a message) to advise everything had been finished and my car was ready! I collected it at 5.00 pm that evening and all up it was only $100 even. I was very impressed indeed. Fantastic service all round. Big ups to Sims!! Much better than VTNZ, always find them very standoffish and not happy smiley people at all.
Cheers Sims, I will be back.
Pleased to see a great word about Sims Bros, have to agree....great people, great service, and great work. Bev and Roy are the best!!!

Yep they are really good, Brendon, Neil and the crew know their stuff and won't mess you around! A Dunedin Institution I reckon!

I think you have them fixed, if I'm correct Brendon and Neil work at Sim Breaks. Both are great though!
