I visited this store Friday night 6pm with my 5 month old baby to pick up one item. As I walked in through the automated doors into the aisle of value I slipped on the wet floor,. As I fell I tried to hang onto my baby to break her fall. I landed on my front and my baby landed on her headback on the concrete floor in front of me. As you can imagine I was really distraught as well as hurt and my baby was screaming. There was one staff member right there packing shelves as well as general members of the public. I am sad to tell that not one person came up and helped me including the member of staff. They all looked at my situation turned their backs and carried on. I was in tears not knowing if my baby was ok or possibly concused or worse. What is this world coming to when no one will help someone who has fallen over let alone dropped a baby Has anyy one had similar experiences there Why are the staff not trained to help Why do members of public turn theri backs Any advice

As a recent bike buyer, I found these guys a pack of cowboys The older sales guy is sooooo full of it. One day he tells you to stay clear of a certain makemodeltechnology and the next he is talking it up as the best thing since sliced bread. These guys seem to be the old fashioned used car sales men. Say anything to get the sale.

I find your letter a load of garbage and hope that in the future you will never enter the premises again.Yours very sincerelyBlackieThe OwnerTop of the class in PR skills eh

Graeme was our listing agent. We have paid for all adverts, our outside signs and the photographer. He has bungled even the simplist of tasks, be aware how difficult it is to get out of a contract with a real estate agent. We have a very saleable house that he had 150 people through the first open home. Price is ok, but our advertising almost every week bar one has not been what we have paid for.We are very annoyed as when we interviewed him he wouldnt negotiate on any of the fees, and told us we were getting the best. and realestate is becomeing a competitive market. We have had other agents wanting to list our house, as they cant believe it is still sitting. One lady told me the agents attitude put her off. Dont sell with a company that wont negotiate fees... we will end up paying nearly 20 thou and another company will negotiate fees down to 12 thou...

Now this has got to be the coolest shop in Dunedin. It may be an old building but the shop fitting, stock and staff make it a pleasure to walk into this shop. Pity it is so cold getting there. But it does have cool clothes, staff who seem to be having fun and know their stuff when it comes to the products they sell. A true Dunedin Icon.

I took my two young children to New World Mosgiel after dinner last Saturday I was disgusted to see two teenage girls literally hooning round the aisles in a wheel chair provided by the supermarket then to further my horror three young male staff members began running round laughing and making highly rude comments with them, other customers looked on with disgust and I watched a customer approach them. None of the older employees did anything about this. Sorry New World but this episode has completely put me off shopping in your store. Go Countdown.
